We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with it being close to the city center and just a short distance from the nearest train station. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and the option to hire a car for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with amenities like a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

Centrally located, quiet area. Attentive and cordial staff. Welcome snack in lobby. Excellent buffet. Formidable rooms. Very nice attention. Convenient transfer to the fair. Clean, functional, and secure.

My xmas stay was splendid! the hotel offered free snacks and the buffet was excellent. I also loved the central location and the attentive staff that made me feel comfortable. the glass elevator was an added bonus that allowed me to enjoy the surrounding area.
The breakfast was a bit pricey for two people. But, with plenty of online ordering options available, skipping it was not a big deal.

The hotel has a good location, near several restaurants and convenient stores. You can easily walk to the city center or catch a bike for 10, 15min. the rooms are spacious and clean with attractive views. the staff is friendly and proactive, with some speaking Cantonese. There are Japanese, style bathhouses available.
The check, in process can be cold and uninviting.

The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary mini bar and fruit platter during our stay. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and many nearby shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views.
The air conditioning in our room was difficult to figure out, and we found the bed to be quite hard and uncomfortable. The language barrier with some of the staff made communication challenging at times.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, easy transportation from train station. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Great breakfast with Chinese and Japanese options.
Nothing negative to say. This hotel provided an excellent stay with no complaints.
